As a Junior Helpdesk Support Executive at FACT Nepal, you will wear many hats and have the opportunity to progress within the company. You will work closely with our Implementation and Support team to deliver high-quality customer service to our clients, while learning about the entire post-sales process along the way. 

Your key responsibilities

  • Pre-implementation Requirement Gathering, Business Process Mapping and Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD)
  • System Setup, Configuration & Implementation
  • End-User Training & Post Implementation Support

Basic Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Nepali (spoken & written)
  • Excellent communications skills and good at managing clients
  • Independent, proactive and results-driven approach
  • High degree of competency with computer systems and software
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Having own transportation for client visits

Nice to Have Requirements 

  • Prior experience with an ERP Software Development company, Reseller, Consultancy or End-User
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL
