Education Level : Master

Basic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Partnership management roles
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements
• Expert at identifying and executing successful partnership deals and large scale marketing deals
• Expert at working with diverse revenue models and deep data analysis (including strong Excel skills)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills along with a proven ability to influence others internally and externally to deliver results
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects/responsibilities in parallel
• Sound business judgment and strong analytical thinking

Preferred Qualification:

• MBA
• Fluency in English
• Expertise in e-commerce and/or digital publishing
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing or online marketing and advertising areas
• Experience working with global product and technology teams
• Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities

Job Description

Adezon is seeking a talented, highly motivated, and experienced Business Development Leader to build complex and strategic relationships to help grow our Adezon business.

As a customer-obsessed, digital media enthusiast, you will develop relationships with top digital publishers to drive revenue, new customers, and awareness for Adezon’s strategic businesses and programs. Using your deep knowledge of digital media and a solution-oriented mindset you will collaborate with and influence our product teams to develop innovative integrations that help unlock new opportunities for Adezon and our partners.

You are an excellent oral and written communicator and you possess an analytical approach to business development, leveraging data to drive decisions. You are highly organized and have the ability to work closely and constructively with multiple internal and external teams. You’re particularly adept at developing strong, one-to-one relationships with media executives. This role will work closely with many of Adezon’s strategic businesses to structure innovative and impactful deals.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

• Define and execute the strategy for e-commerce penetration of top digital publishers, including owning an opportunity target pipeline
• Pitch, onboard and scale new media properties
• Drive special deal terms and negotiations with publishers to optimize collaboration
• Effectively evangelize commerce content as an opportunity for publishers
• Own quarterly revenue growth objectives for publishers
• Drive adoption of products for publishers, including tools to implement effective integrations (links, display units, etc.), reporting tools, product feeds, etc.
• Partner with Retail leaders to support strategic Adezon businesses
• Partner closely with the technical, program & marketing teams as liaison to publishers
