MSA, currently in association with UCEP Nepal, Citizen Prabidhik Sikshyalaya, and mandated by UKaid Skills for Employment Programme (Skills) is piloting employment aimed trainings in heavy equipment operations in Bagmati, No.2, and Lumbini provinces.

Position: Chief Executive Officer

MSA is searching a people and management leader who believes in the strength of skills and can connect skills to ambitions and opportunities. MSA CEO will sketch an inspiring vision for the academy and drive it with goals and strategies. S/he will make the academy a synonyms of employment aimed skill center in Nepal.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning the institution, prospecting and conducting need analysis, designing programs, coordinating program resources, social marketing of the programs, effectiveness analysis, monitoring and adjustments, building and maintaining key stakeholder relations, right reporting, and compliances.
