Valley Meridian Academy (VMA), a highly reputed secondary school with rich culture and ethos and progressive teaching learning approaches dedicated to provide quality education in Karnali Province with a motto of “quality education for overall excellences” is seeking an energetic, qualified, trained and experienced candidates for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to carry out the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Organizing and overseeing the educational approaches and strategies as well as the development of the school making long-term plan and annual action plan.
• Implementing and guiding effective human resource management practices in school through adequate strategies as regard to participating and ensuring effective system in place for the selection, supervision, recruitment and orientation of coworkers and teacher as well as providing input into annual performance appraisal.
• Efficient and effective deployment of resources for preparation and use of annual school budget aligned with action plan.

Eligibility

• Master’s Degree in any discipline
• At least 3 year’s experience of leadership (vice principal, principal or above)

Age: 35 to 55 years
