Position: Field Coordinators

Number of Vacancies: 7

Duration : 17 months.

Number required: 7 ( 2 in Rupandehi, 2 in Kapilbastu, 2 in Banke and 1 in Bardiya)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with local government agencies to form/re-activate the local level committees in controlling human trafficking.
• Work with the district, local and provincial government agencies in line with the existing laws and regulations against human trafficking.
• Organize orientations and interaction programs at the local levels including municipalities and ward levels with multi stakeholder participation.
• Work in coordination with civil society organizations, local government and private sectors.
• Prepare reports of the events and activities conducted in the local levels.
• Remain well familiar with the issues of human trafficking and gender based violence and act proactively for mitigation
• Coordinate and collate relevant data from the project locations.
• Discharge any other duties as assigned by the supervisor and as deemed necessary by the project.

Qualifications and Competencies required :

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant stream with at least 2 years of experience in anti- human trafficking and safe migration issues.
• Completion of higher secondary level (10+2) or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in anti- human trafficking and safe migration issues.
