Position: Programme Manager
The Programme Manager will lead the overall programme portfolio to implement projects with a cohesive integration among sectors and cross cutting themes.

Position: Finance Coordinator
The Finance Coordinator will be responsible for providing overall Finance support to the projects and ensure that all the financial truncations are adhered to the required financial compliance of the organization, donor and governmental compliances, which includes payment and disbursements; financial analysis and reporting.

Position: MEAL Officer
The MEAL Officer will be responsible to collect, compile, verify, analyse and update information of all the programme; provide necessary support for periodic baseline, evaluation and monitoring process; and to improve the quality of programmes and information management through improved monitoring and accountability system.

Position: Program Officer Protection
The Program Officer – Protection will manage Child Protection Technical project ensuring compliance with WVIN’s sectoral and quality standards, Government’s policies and industry norms.

• Provide portfolio management to Protection program and monitor performance of project team in implementation of project ensuring projects are delivered on scope, on time and on budget as per the agreements
• Identify, assess, and communicate risks associated with the implementation of project, and development of mitigation measures
• In coordination with Field Protection Lead relationships and engagement with government line agencies, other INGOs/NGOs, research institutions and private sector at local and district levels in alignment with project strategy/plan

Position: Program Officer (Education + CESP)
The Program Officer (Education + CESP) will lead on providing education programming technical support, capacity building and coordination across project team

Position: Sponsorship Quality Control Officer
The Sponsorship Quality Control Officer will manage and control quality of all sponsorship core business processes. S/He will ensure sponsorship minimum programming standard, sponsorship programming tools and adherence to Sponsorship standards while implementing sponsorship activities.

Position: Field Officer – Education
Field Officer will be based in community and work with teachers, SMC and reading camp facilitators to build their capacity on various aspects of education project.

• Support Project Manager/ Coordinator to effectively roll out the Inclusive and Quality Education Project in allocated schools, reading camps, and their community

S/he will be responsible for direct implementation of all project activities, manage and monitor project activities, ensure project staff has access to appropriate technical and functional support, and manage relationships at community level.

• Implementation of Kishori project ensuring all activities are delivered on quality, time and budget as per the agreement
• Ensure efficient planning, monitoring and reporting of the project on time and with quality
• Ensure appropriate analysis of project results
• Engage with government line agencies, other I/NGOs, research institutions and private sector at local and district levels in alignment with project strategy/plan

Position: Infra Officer (Overseer) – Kishori
The Infra Officer will supervise and monitor construction project in the respective district ensuring compliance with WVIN’s construction quality standards, Government’s policies and industry norms. S/He will be responsible for day-to-day supervising and managing the work as per drawings, estimate, and specification.
Major Responsibilities:
• Ensure project progress relative to the construction milestone with at most ±5 % variance on contract values
• Lead role for managing any complaints related at sites
• Support to district team for prioritization during site selection based on the vulnerability and need
• Submit timely organized periodic ( weekly/ fortnightly) progress reports
• Conduct safety assessment of proposed construction site.
• Ensure that selected sites are appropriate as per the project requirements & as per the standard construction guidelines and have been agreed by relevant stakeholders.
• Preparation of the drawing, estimate, BOQ, detail break down of materials/labors and specification of the materials using in the construction projects.
• Provide layout of construction works at site before excavation of foundation.
• Check quality of all local and non-local construction materials delivered by community/contractors/suppliers at construction site.
• Ensure that all the construction works are child friendly, gender friendly, disable friendly and meet the minimum requirement of national building code and other national standards.
Required Qualification, Experience 7 Competencies:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 2-3 years’ Experience in construction projects (preferably in Building construction and WASH projects)
• Knowledge of and competency in survey, design, drawings, estimate and report preparation of infrastructure works.
• Computer skills and Auto CAD proficiency
• Good understanding on financial management system like supporting documents for voucher, advance settlement process.
