Working for Access and Creation Nepal (WAC-Nepal) is Nonprofit, non-government and nonpolitical humanitarian development organization is going to start Nutrition and Resilient Livelihood Technical Program (NRL TP) in partnership with World Vision International Nepal. The project will be implement in Mellkeh Rural Municipality and Sanafebagar Municipality, Panchadewal Binayak Municiality and Kamalbazar Municipality of Achham District. WAC- Nepal is seeking qualified, dynamic and motivated Nepali citizens on following positions for smooth implementation of the project.

Position: Program Coordinator

Number of Vacancies: 1

Minimum Qualification and Experience: Bachelor Degree in agriculture science, management, social science or business studies with minimum 3 years of work experience in managing multiple projects with diverse team or master degree in the relevant field, management, social science of business studies preferred with proven ability to manage risks and promote governance to contribute on strategic outcomes. Experience working with children and their wellbeing in both development and emergency contexts.

Major Responsibility : Portfolio Management (portfolio Project, reports, risks, problem solving, team, governance) 40%, Solid Projects Quality and Technical Management (MEAL data/information, technical Project, project models, integration of sectors including sponsorship / cross cutting themes-GESI, DRR) 20%, Community empowerment and engagements at different level for sustainability – 15%, Evidence of Programs Impact or Result collection/compilation to be shared at/for wider platform15% and Strong Relationship and Partnership Management (internal and external) – 10%

Minimum Qualification and experience: Bachelor Degree of Commerce, Business Studies or Equivalent master degree in Finance/Accounting or Equivalent, preferred, Minimum 2 years of experience in independently handling budgeting, financial accounting, planning and analysis in I/NGO and preferably within WVIN projects, Demonstrated experience in the use of MS office Package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.) & Internet, Experience of working in a computerized accounting environment like IPAS, FAMAS, Ability to lead financial management of the project/program and make the linkage of this with overall financial management of the organization

Major Responsibility: Financial Management of the Project/Program – 40%, Budgeting and Reporting – 30%, Financial Monitoring – 20% and Compliance and Others – 10%.

Position: Field officers – Livelihood

Number of Vacancies: 1

Minimum Qualification and experience: Bachelor degree in Agriculture Science or relevant discipline with three to five year of experience in related project (preferably Ultra Poor Graduation Model for UGP & Market led agriculture for BSL).

Major responsibility: Support targeting and verify selection of participating households, Supervise and mentor Facilitators so that they can perform their duties effectively, Support project coordinator in oversee interventions to ensure effective and timely implementation, Oversee participant performance through household spot checks, Develop training curriculum and train Facilitators on the Graduation programme objectives, implementation process, and expected outcomes, Identify basic services including health, education, safety nets, and community support groups, that participants can be linked with and make a plan of engagement, Regularly review-monitoring data to ensure programme implementation activities and participants’ progress are on track and report the progress, Liaise regularly with field level staff and senior management about programme progress, challenges, learning, and decisions

Position: SCM & Admin Officer

Number of Vacancies: 1

Minimum Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business/management or other relevant field. At least two years working experience in Procurement Management/Finance/ Office Administration. Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes.

Major Responsibility : Managing Purchasing Requisition, Executing and Solicitation of Sourcing Methods and Implement Strategic Sourcing , Contract management, general office administration and logistics management, Payment/Invoice Processing, Risk Management, Compliance and Review, Reporting and Analysis , Effective Communication skills, Strong analytical skills, Proven experience as a team player, Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes.
