• Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions
• Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
• Conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
• Supervise & coordinate work activities of subordinate and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relations
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results training and discipline employees.
• Hearing and resolving employee grievances and counseling employees and supervisors
• Record Maintenance of HR files & database
• Maintain employee confidence & protects operations by keenly human resource information confidence
• Multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
