Position: Account Officer

This position is for male candidates only.

Salary: 25k to 35k per month

Job Location: Baluwatar, Kathmandu

Job Description:

• Carry out VAT filing, TDS filing, Bank deposits, Advance tax filing, make payments to brokers, receive payments from brokers, Collect bank statements, Entry in Tally, and other work to facilitate accounting department
• Meet different parties such as banks, brokers, lawyers, tax officers, etc. for smooth operations, communications
• Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis
• Review and finalize salary sheet in compliance with policy and contract paper, and transfer salary
• Complete internal and external audits by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts, providing information for auditors
• Perform ad hoc work assigned by the Supervisor
• Make company financial statements.

Job Specification:

• Should have at least BBS/BBA
• Should have at least 2 years of experience in accounting
• Should have knowledge of MS-Excel and accounting software
• Should have good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Should be able to work comfortably with numbers and have attention to detail.
